A male employee working at a desk in an open-plan office at night
-
Employees who worked in an office that was in a factory dealt with a coworker who had a deep-seated fear of ghosts. He preferred to work later, and over the years, multiple people had passed away on that work site. This meant that he never wanted to be left working alone.
One employee had agreed to work at the same time he did one evening, but his wife then called and asked if he could come home early because she wasn't feeling well. He didn't text his colleague that he was leaving, and this led to both him and other coworkers judging him for his behavior.

Am I wrong for not telling my coworker I was leaving him alone when he’s deathly afraid of ghosts?
